Site work and paving for a civil project in Litchfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
T.H. 124 Yost Road Culvert No.9 Replacement will involve the reconstruction of the existing 12" enclosure & removal of the existing 94" x 58" CMP Pipe Arch and installation of a new 87" x 63" 10 GA Aluminized CMP Pipe Arch and 12" CPSLP including premium bedding & backfill, half-headwalls, ditching, ditch enclosures, asphalt pavement, guardrail installation and general excavation involving ditch realignment & fine grading in preparation of seeding and incorporating stipulated traffic control in accordance with the specifications and accompanying construction drawings. The road shall be closed for a maximum of 30 calendar days. The Engineer's estimate is $73,400.00 Question Deadline 11/27/2024 at 1:00 PM ET Work shall be completed no later than JUNE 30, 2025. Each bidder shall be required to file a bid guaranty with the bid in the form of either: (1) a Bid/Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid; or (2) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if their bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity with the bid, plans, details, specifications, and bills of material. A letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of Litchfield Township. Contractors and Subcontractors must comply with the prevailing wage rates requirements detailed in the Bid Documents. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The Litchfield Board of Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
