Cement Block Building Roof Replacement at 3110 East Wiscosin St. Sparta, Wi 54656 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The proposal shall include all costs to fully design, provide, supply, furnish, deliver and install, complete with all advertised and standard attributes, in accordance with these provisions and the design and specifications as proposed by the Vendor and approved by the Highway Department, at Highway Department property located at 3110 East Wisconsin Street Sparta, Wisconsin. The proposal shall include the design and construction of a replacement roof on an existing 40' x 30' cement block storage building equipped with a flat, aggregate-ballasted rubber membrane over concrete deck roof, at the Highway Department's Sparta Corporation Yard, 3110 East Wisconsin Street Sparta, WI. The proposal shall include the complete design and technical specifications of the roof system being offered, sufficient to provide for reasonable review. Remove metal flashing between roof deck & cement block walls 2. Remove and reinstall any electrical power as needed. 3. Remove & repair any wood edging as needed. 4. Remove all exhaust and venting from roof deck and cover exit holes. 5. Remove all existing roof materials down to cement deck. 6. Install approved new roofing material to completely seal roof. 7. Flash all curbs to meet manufactures warranty. 8. Install new trim, transition closure between cement block and roof deck. 9. Proposals shall include all applicable state and city permits.
