Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sparta, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Sparta Sludge Building HVAC Upgrades. Description: The HVAC systems for Structure 30 - Sludge Thickening Building are to be upgraded with new equipment and controls, five exhaust fans and associated electrical and controls, one natural gas fired Make Up Air Unit (MAU) and associated electrical and controls, and air intake louvers damper actuators and controls. The work also includes the disconnection and removal of the existing exhaust fans, HVAC Control Panel with all associated wiring and controls, Gas Fired MAU, and associated ductwork, wiring and controls. Remove concrete MAU equipment pad and disconnect and remove all 3/4 " natural gas piping back to the 1-1/4" natural gas shut off valve. Question Deadline 08/09/2024
