Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises alterations and construction of a pharmaceutical compounding space to meet federal pharmaceutical compounding standards. The Work includes demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications to approximately 1,243 m2 of existing space located on the main floor of the Thorlakson Building, 820 Sherbrook Street, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price.
