Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of replacement of pump, removal of waterslide, supply and install of three spray features and associated concrete work, replacement of existing pool surround with asphalt, and replacement of some of the existing rubber surfacing. The funds available for this work are $300,000.00 dollars. The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
