Installation of five (5) corrugated steel culverts at five (5) sites including frost tapers at various locations on Provincial Road 328, 10.5km East of PR 276--13.0km East of PR 276 in the Unorganized Electoral Division of Waterhen. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than December 20, 2024 Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 1 June 15 of Any Given Calendar Year.
