Bidders should verify the fittings and connections necessary for the media replacement and the layout of the treatment facility. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid not to exceed $20,000, and made payable to the Borough of Park Ridge. Guarantee checks or bid bonds shall be applied against the damages, incurred by the Borough, if the bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish bonds, as specified, within ten (10) days after the notification of the contract award.
