The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Various locations in UDOT Region one (1) with Dumpster Placement and Trash Removal as per the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation documents. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this solicitation conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence. The documents included within this solicitation are designed to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements. Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: the lowest responsive responsible bidder. The contract resulting from this IFB will be for FIVE (5) years
