Description Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation Utilities including gas and power and water and sewer and electricity and utilities management and consulting services, and alternative forms of energy, solar panels and servicing The work involves furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes but is not limited to, the following: 1. Installing measuring devices at all drainage sites. 2. Installing drainage pipes and manholes. This project will connect our new dam lining system to downstream drains in Parley's Creek, including flow measurement installation areas. On the outside of the envelope, the bidder shall indicate the project number, description of the bid and include the bidders return mailing address. A PDF of the Bid Security should be included in the bid documents. Bids utilizing cashier's checks or cash equivalent may not be submitted electronically. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract.
