Asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical updates as needed to support the elevator upgrade. Scope of updates located within elevator machine room, in elevator shaft and cab, and at elevator landing at each level of the building. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Notes/Additional Info: Occupied building. Classes off line for construction dates. Construction is approved for construction window 5/12/25 through substantial completion on 7/21/25. Loud noise and/or disruption to be coordinated with the PM and Stakeholders during weekly OAC meetings. GC to maintain (3) week look ahead schedule for the project and alert notifications of loud noise requirements. The parking plan will be shared cost with TK Elevator. Budget: $195,600 Liquidated damages: $300 Questions deadline: 9/30/2024 Completion date: 7/21/2025 JOB IS TAX EXEMPT
