Scope of Services a. Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial building single phase & three phase main distribution panels, sub panels, motor control panels, transformers, and switch gear ranging between 24 volts and 480 volts. b. Perform when requested circuit tracing services, and electrical panel load study (panel readings). Ensure all electrical panel labels, warning stickers and circuit breaker indexes are accurate and up to date at all locations. c. Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installation of various phases/volts/amps electrical motors, motor controls, starters, relays, and related components/applications. d. Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installation of various interior and exterior lighting fixtures including parking lot/structure lights/poles. When requested, replace/retrofit/upgrade fluorescent/metal halide/high pressure sodium fixtures with LED fixtures. Install/replace all exterior lighting using security screws and/or other means of theft deterrent including vandal proof fixtures. Q&A Deadline 10/03/2024 3:00 PM (PDT) Contractor shall possess a valid/current C-10 Contractors license Proposed time and materials prices must be held by the Contractor through June 30, 2028, with a one (1) year option to extend The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City.
