Replacement of a treated timber cap on existing one-span Concrete PPCC & Treated Timber Bridge over North Snake Creek on PR 352, located in RM of Rosedale, approximately 1.4 km east of PTH 5, town of Bernie, Bridge Site No.: 4353-10. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than March 31, 2025 Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed for Each and Every Calendar Day (Including During Spring Road Restrictions and Fish Spawning Restrictions) That the Contractor Has Not Completed the Work After the Completion Date.
