Upgrades to the Steeles Technology Campus. The scope of work includes: Replace Existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) (6 Nos). Supply and Installation of New AHU, Mechanical & Electrical Installation. Supply and Installation of New Catwalk Ladder for AHU Service. Replace Existing Ductless Split Unit (Both Indoor & Outdoor Unit) 3nos. Supply and Installation of New Exhaust Fans with Electrical Connections. Replace Existing Ductwork with Insulation. Supply and Installation of New Duct Work with Insulation, Supply & Return Diffuser Replacement, Cleaning, and Painting. Replace All Exhaust Fans.8nos. Supply and Installation of New Exhaust Fans with Electrical Connections. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering services has been awarded. Design is underway. Updates may be available spring 2025.
