Reference Number 0000284258 Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 17, 2025 02:00 PM EST 1.1. This RFSO is to solicit all-inclusive rates from interested and qualified suppliers who have the capability to provide Roof Anchor annual visual inspections as per latest code and standard requirements for buildings within the Infrastructure Ontario Portfolio. 1.2. If and when load testing on adhesive and fixed anchors is required as per legislated requirements (i.e., every 5 or 10 years), the Contractor will be requested to provide BGIS with a budget estimate. If and when the budget estimate is approved, BGIS will issue an invoiceable work order to the service provider to proceed on completing the required work. 1.3. There will be no guarantee of work with preventative maintenance, Ad Hoc on demand service calls are on an "as and when required" basis. 1.4. The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, parts and equipment or tools necessary to provide effective and safe services. Further, the Contractor will provide the services within the guidelines, local regulations and laws and have the proper certifications and/or licenses required by the appropriate controlling Agencies, Municipalities and Jurisdictions. 1.5. BGIS intent is to award Standing Offers to the lowest compliant bidder for each region identified within Attachment 1- Roof Anchor Price Matrix. Awarded contractors must be able to service all cities within the Region where they are awarded. 1.6. Buildings with Roof anchors are identified in Attachment 1 Roof Anchor Price Matrix.
