The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program (department) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to provide a design for water and sewer improvements for Hooper Bay, Alaska. The department may amend the contract for Phase II Bidding and Contracting Assistance.
