Object Code 543080 Organization No C040PK Project No PK034 The improvement includes the construction of new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sprayground, PCC sport court, PCC sidewalks, PCC paving, acrylic finishing, playground equipment, site furnishings, water service line, water spray features, electrical work, drainage piping, storm sewer, earthwork, and restoration, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 665-085/118, located in Sayers Park, 1300 Linden Lane, Des Moines, Iowa Engineer's Construction Estimate. $1,200,000.00 This project shall be fully completed not later than October 28, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction.
