The City of Dawson Springs is soliciting bids for Phase 1 of the City's roadway, sidewalk, and stormwater repair project. Phase 1 consists of rehabilitation work on the following streets: .Greenville Street .Alexander Street .Keigan Street .Lumber Street .Pine Street .School Street .Elaine Drive .Oak Heights Proposals must be accompanied by a five percent (5%) Bid Bond. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the Owner with a 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids.
