Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Bristol, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The Bristol Boys and Girls Club Association, Inc. ("BBGC") is seeking bids for construction of active recreation space, including construction an outdoor bathroom and pavilion, at the intersection of Jacob and Francis Streets Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5 % of the bidders base bid amount, in the form of a Bid Bond made payable to Bristol Boys and Girls Club Association, Inc. The awarded contractor will be required to secure a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract award, provided by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Connecticut.
