Annual Requirements for Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals to be supplied as needed for the period through November 30, 2025, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the specifications. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid, to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in its judgment is in its best interest. Bids must be firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days following the bid opening. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
