All work at 900 Nelson Street, Lenoir City, TN 37771. 200 cubic feet of anthracite per filter. Four filters total. Provide material and labor to complete each filter, one per week. Contractor is responsible for all clean up. Anthracite specifications 800 cubic feet; Effective size 0.8-1.2 mm; Uniform Coefficient not greater than 1.85. Specifications may be examined at the following location: Lenoir City Utilities Board Water Plant, 900 Nelson Street, Lenoir City, TN 37771.
