The sealed bid shall consist of the following details. Itemized pricing shall include two categories, one considering pricing with LCUB providing materials and two pricing to include contractors providing materials: 1.) Provide a per liner foot itemized bid that for each of the following HDPE sizes: 2" 4" 6" 8" 10" 12" 16" 2.) Pricing to include LCUB Water, Wastewater, and Natural Gas Standard Specifications using HDPE transition type fittings in each of the itemized task in assigned projects when related: Installation of 3/4 Meter Service (Liner Foot Pricing) Installation of 1" Meter Service (Liner Foot Pricing) Installation of 2" Meter Service (Liner Foot Pricing) Installation of Three Valve Cluster in each required size Installation of Blow Off Assembly in each required size 3.) Contractors shall be responsible for the following: Planning and review of LCUB service system Coordination with contractors, property owners, and LCUB Emergency Standby Services (24/7) Response time restrictions Equipment standard requirements Disposal requirements GIS / Data Collection CCTV Equipment for inspections LCUB retains the right to reject any or all bids *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
