Site work for a mixed-use development in Lenoir City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and service station / car wash facility.
Only Proposals received by LCUB's Procurement Manager at or before the Proposal Submittal Deadline will be opened and considered by LCUB. Such Proposals must be hand-delivered in person, by overnight carrier or mailed (at the proposer's sole risk for late or improper delivery) using the following applicable address: Please note: "Wash Bay Construction Repair" on the outside of your proposal. Proposals received via E-Mail will not be accepted. LCUB retains the right to reject any or all proposals. All work will occur at 7698 Creekwood Park Blvd, Lenoir City, TN 37772. Provide material and labor to complete. Contractor is responsible for all clean up. For further information contact Jeff Rule with Lawler Wood LLC at (865)-801-1663. Scope of Work Remove existing damaged wash bay overflow lid and steel supports Fabricate and install new steel supports and 1" plate per drawing Fabricate plate to install 24" manhole cover and (3) 3/4 " lifting eyes Prime and paint plate Note: LCUB to furnish manhole cover Drawings available upon request: efritts@lcub.com
