Vendors shall have a bid submittal for an itemized per foot pricing for related pipeline installations with material used for water, gas, and wastewater applications meeting LCUB Standard Specifications. Vendors shall be certified as a Valid Tennessee General Contractor with a MU License, Insured, Bond Limit set by LCUB, also certified in MACP, PACP, Confined Space, Trench Operations, Traffic Control, and all required qualifications set forth by TOSHA for performance of project assignments. Project shall consist of an ongoing program to maintain distribution and collection systems. The bid consists of the following scope of work: (Itemized pricing for each to include related charge (Example: Per Foot, Per Hour, Per Ton, Etc.)
