Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The GARCC (Greenville Area Recreation & Community Center) is seeking bids for rubber flooring, trim and installation in our 27ft by 27ft studio. The old flooring has already been removed. Materials and installation using the following specifications: o Protect-All rubber flooring or a comparable product. A standard color will be chosen. o Studio area is approximately 27ft by 27ft (approximately 796 sq feet). o 4-inch rubber trim for the perimeter of the room. o A sample of the flooring and trim should be available upon request. o Old flooring has already been removed. If awarded bid on October 15, 2024 All questions regarding this RFP shall be directed to the principal contact at Valarie Mester 900 E. Kent Rd. Greenville, MI 48888 (616)754-9163 vmester@greenvillemi.org. The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville.
