Colony Creek, Site No. 1456 Construction of bituminous pavement on an existing timber bridge Site No. 1456 located West of the intersection of road 5 East and 64 North, on road 64N. The Work is fully detailed in the reference documents on the attached Tender. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 25, 2024 Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is November 1, 2024. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/09/30 12:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
