The Board of Commissioners of the County of Beaver, is requesting sealed bids to provide a comprehensive Heating- Ventilation Air Conditioning HVAC Maintenance and Repair Program at the Beaver County Courthouse. The work will include the provision of a total maintenance/management program including, but not limited to, preventative maintenance, repair, programming and other tasks and services necessary to ensure safe, well-maintained HVAC systems. All bids must be submitted on Bid Forms provided by the County of Beaver. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid submitted, the same payable to the "County of Beaver, Pennsylvania'1. No bid will be considered unless it is so guaranteed. The Bond face and accompanying power of attorney must be signed and sealed in the original. Copies or facsimiles will not be accepted. Award of bid will be determined and proclaimed in accordance with Section 1802 of "The County Code" of Pennsylvania, as amended, 16 P.S. Section 1802. The Board of Commissioners of the County of Beaver reserves the right to reiect any and all bids, and to waive any informality(s) in the bids submitted, as public interest may require. No bid will be accepted from any bidder that shall fail to have a representative at said walk-thru.
