Request for Bids Collection, Removal and Disposal of Garbage, Rubbish, Bulky Waste & Designated Recyclables Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of $10,000 in favor of Brighton Township. The successful bidder shall be required to post a performance bond in the amount of $50,000. No proposal may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the same has been filed with the Township. Township of Brighton expects to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder at a subsequent public meeting within the aforementioned forty-five (45) day period, after a determination of feasibility for the Township: February 10, 2025 or March 10, 2025. The Township of Brighton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any technical defects and to accept or reject any proposal or combination of proposals that it may deem to be best for the interest of the Township.
