Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the procurement of approximately 800, various diameter, lead-free water meters and all necessary appurtenances and hardware for installation by others. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Authority. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Brighton Township Municipal Authority to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
