Estimated Cost $12,000,000.00 Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Draw Seven Park Renovation. Project consists of demolition of existing park elements including: trees, lawn, pathways, fencing, and parking lot, site preparation work, earthwork and grading, environmental protection, construction of new parking lot areas, access and egress drives, sidewalks, plazas, lawn areas, installation of lighting, installation of site features and furnishings, beach replenishment along the eastern edge of the park, flood control measures, improvements to the existing fishing pier, installation of water, sewer, and electrical systems, installation of stormwater management systems, additional miscellaneous amenities, and other elements and work as required by the contract documents. Bidders must be pre-qualified (MassDOT) Highway Division in Recreational Facilities to bid on the above project.
