Site work for a water / sewer project in Red Jacket, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 23,790 LF of 8" and smaller diameter gravity sewer line; 167 wastewater manholes; cleanouts, service laterals and all other items and appurtenances The Project has an expected duration of 300 days. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. DBE REQUIREMENTS Each Bidder must fully Comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, and Affirmative Action Requirements, as identified in the contract documents. The Bidder agrees to make positive efforts to subcontract a portion of the total value of the contract to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Question Deadline 04/03/2025 Questions must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days following the Pre-Bid Conference to Rick Roberts, Project Manager at rroberts@elrobinson.com
