Type of contract: This Contract is a fixed-price, performance-based service contract. The contractor shall maintain Powerhouse HVAC Maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's best practices and standards. We are looking a Base plus 2 year contract. Location and Hours of Operation: Location: Ice Harbor Lock and Dam Address: 2763 Monument Drive, Burbank, WA 99323-8662 Hours of Operation: Normal workdays and business hours for the Contractor shall parallel those of the Government Project, which are generally Monday through Thursday, 0630 to 1700 except Federal Holidays. Contractor may work on Fridays from 0630 to 1700 to minimize impact to operations. TIMING OF BIDDER INQUIRIES: Bidders are encouraged to submit their bidder inquiries promptly. The Government will make every effort to answer all bidder inquiries; however, the closer to the solicitation due date an inquiry is received, the less likely it is that a timely response can be provided.
