FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) and in accordance with Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1(d), this is a request for information regarding the use of brand name SENSAPHONE Sentinel to support the new septic system at Charbonneau Park. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to require the brand name products which have specifications that meet the Washington State Department of Health requirement for a Large On-site Sewage System. USACE is seeking feedback on the use of this brand name requirement for an upcoming solicitation. Product Description SENSAPHONE Sentinel Cloud based monitoring, Cellular network, w/ enclosure The Contracting Officer intends to prepare a Justification and Approval documentation (J&A) which includes the brand name products listed above for the solicitation package. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS If you wish to respond to this inquiry, please email Preston Jones at Preston.E.Jones@usace.army.mil.
