Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lansing, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Base Bid - Mobilization, Clearing and Grubbing, Erosion Control, Seeding, Bypass pumping, Standard Manhole Installation, Additional Manhole Depth Installation, Manhole Removal and Replacement, PVC Sanitary Sewer Installation, Connection to Existing Manhole and Sewer, Manhole and Pipe Abandonment, Excavatable Flowable Fill, AB-3 Backfill, Standard Trench and Backfill, Curb Inlet Removal and Replacement, Curb and Gutter Repair, Driveway Repair, and Pavement Repair. A complete list of the Base Bid items is located in Section III - Proposal. Note: All granular and flowable fill used in pipe backfill shall be subsidiary to sanitary sewer installation. All extra benching depth not shown on the plans shall be subsidiary to trench excavation and backfill - unclassified. Questions are due October 9th, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
