Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lansing, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes, but not limited to 3.5-inch mill with a 3.5-inch asphaltic concrete overlay (Rees St. to Pennsylvania Street), 2-inch mill with a 2-inch asphaltic concrete overlay (Pennsylvania Street to Poplar Street), curb and sidewalk replacement, manhole adjustments, pavement markings and other improvements shall be installed as shown on the plans.
