The project is located on an off campus SJC owned property at the corner of South Hutton and Bloomfield Highway. Demolition consist, but is not limited to, the demolition of an existing site parking lot. During construction, the remaining site and buildings should be accessible for classes throughout the semester. New construction consist of, but is not limited to a wood construction approximately 2050sqft building with metal panel and EIFS exterior finishes. New site parking will be constructed to account for the demolition of the existing. New concrete pathways will be constructed to connect the existing building with the new. New landscape, concrete, and asphalt will also be included in the project.
