Reference Number: 0000363446 Sealed bids from qualified contracts for FY25 Supply of Ready-Mix Concrete Delivered . All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. The Town intends to award up to three (3) Unit Price contracts under this procurement. This will be a "Unit Price" contract for materials to be delivered to designated locations within the Town of West Springfield. The contract term will go through June 30, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of all Successful Bidders awarded a contract in excess of $25,000.00. The Town of West Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding if it be in the public interest to do so
