Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a fire / police facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Per Owner, they are not planning on Rebidding this project, project has been abandoned. The remodel and addition to Station # 5 incorporates an interior demolition of the living side of the station to make way for the new remodeled interiors as shown on the drawings and in the specifications. There will also be a small one story addition to the sleeping area of the building. Rear concrete apron will be removed and reworked per the site drawings. HVAC and Electrical work will be under separate contract. The Station will be closed during the period of construction.
