The City of Olathe, Kansas, Infrastructure Department seeks to contract with a highly qualified person or highly qualified firm capable of providing part time contracted project management services for various City Capital Improvement Projects. The project manager's work will be the same as a City staff project manager would perform. The contracted project manager will act as an extension of the City staff. The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the project through planning, design, construction, and close-out. The City invites interested and qualified persons and firms desiring to be considered for this project manager role to submit a statement of qualifications identifying their qualification for providing project management services. Persons and firms considering this request for qualifications are encouraged to thoroughly review this document to familiarize themselves with the instructions, information, procedures, and requirements contained herein. Statements of Qualifications must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the criteria and procedures established in this request for qualifications.
