Jeffrey Capeci First Selectman Glenys Salas Finance Director PURCHASING AUTHORITY Questions regarding this request for proposal should be directed to Kerri Mubarek, Purchasing Director by e-mail at kerri.mubarek@newtown-ct.gov PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Town of Newtown (hereinafter known as "Town") is seeking bids for services of a wood waste processing and disposal company that is also knowledgeable of FEMA regulations and qualified to operate under those requirements should a FEMA event occur during the execution of this project. Accordingly, in addition to the necessity to follow all applicable laws and regulations, the updated "FEMA Assurances" that your company would be required to make are included as "Attachment A". Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected.
