As of November 12, 2024 project was awarded to Steve Beam Construction, awarded amount is $1,965,305.70. PROJECT: Industrial Park Dr. Reconstruction, Mulberry, Arkansas Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The project includes the removal/disposal of existing pavement sections, subgrade preparation, backfill with select material and base material, pouring concrete pavement sections, installing concrete driveways, constructing concrete sidewalk, and related work as necessary to accommodate the project design . Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the MCE online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid.
