*As of February 28, 2025, construction work this bid package has already started. Construction started back in November 2024. Brennan Woods & Maple Groves ES projects are expected to be completed in August 2025, while the Valley MS project will be in August 2026. Northwest R-l School District- Phase 2 - Bid Package 02 - Valley Middle School, Brennan Woods Elementary, and Maple Grove Elementary Bid Package No. 2: - All work packages associated with the addition and site work at existing Valley Middle School, secure entry at the existing Brennan Woods Elementary and a wheelchair lift at the existing Maple Grove Elementary. *Schedule will be issued via Addendum #02.* The School District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest and best bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids.
