Renovation of a municipal facility in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Secondary Metering Project #2 consists of: Installation of 529 secondary meter pits on existing secondary services Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof. Installation of 529 secondary meter pits on existing secondary services Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Brian Bloemen, bbloemen@syracuseut.gov 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
