Aluminum front door. Skylight, 40W heat trace, interior & exterior LED lighting with photoeye and motion sensor control and occupancy counter. Incl. interior 32oz hand sanitizer dispenser and lockable 2-roll toilet paper dispenser with AC power option. LH/RH door swing to be determined later. - Loo Template - Foundation Mounting Hardware - As-Built Drawings - Baby Changing Table - Trash Can - Cold Weather Toilet Upgrade - Recessed Hand Wash With Cold Air Hand Dryer, Tempered Water, and Soap Dispenser Shipping & handling of the two restrooms shall be in one load.
