Stanley Road Bridge and Pedestrian Bridge Improvements Project Construction of a new road and pedestrian bridge in Milan, NM. Pedestrian bridge replacement, channel grading, utilities, earthwork, site work, curb & gutter, concrete & asphalt paving, drainage improvements, erosion control, signing, striping, traffic control, and miscellaneous construction as needed. 180 Calendar Days to Substantial; 210 Calendar Days to Final At this time NMDOT will meet the State DBE on Federally assisted projects through a combination of race-neutral and race-conscious measures. This project is subject to race-conscious measures. The established DBE goal for this project is 0.00%. The Bidders Bid Guaranty shall be five percent (5%) of the Bidders Total Bid Amount and that be submitted before Bid Opening.
