No time-frame is available for when this project will be awarded** The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid: Well B-50: New Well will be drilled at new site and piped back with 807 LF of 8"C-900 PVC well line to existing well house for treatment. Install new chlorine generation equipment, new valves, new well pump and motor, miscellaneous building improvements and renovations, SCADA equipment. Additive Alternate #1: Well B-35: New Well will be drilled. Install new chlorination equipment, new valves, new well pump and motor, miscellaneous building improvements and renovations, and SCADA equipment. Additive Alternate #2: Tank Site (1M Gallon): Install and replace gate valves. Install mesh screen on the exterior overflow. Remove and replace manways, external and internal ladders, hatch, vent relief port, and chain rail. Install electrical SCADA equipment. Tank interior lead abatement and tank interior coating system as well as paint the exterior of the tank. Additive Alternate #3: Tank Sites (500K Gallon and 250K Gallon): Install and replace gate valves. Install mesh screen on the exterior overflow. Remove and replace manways, external and internal ladders, hatch, vent relief port, and chain rail. Install electrical SCADA equipment. Tank interior lead abatement and tank interior coating system as well as paint the exterior of the tank.
