The location of work is the Organics Recycling Facility (ORF) office at 860 Redmond Road, Williston, Vermont 05495. This is a 4-bed/3-bath residential house converted into an office. The energy measures incentivized in the project must be with new equipment that is commercially available, UL listed (or equivalent). Designs for the incentivized energy measures will be required to receive approval from the State of Vermont and/or Efficiency Vermont prior to installation.
