Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Williston, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Location: Project Is Located Beginning in the Town of Williston on Vermont Route 2a at Station 207+90. 00 (Mm 3.938) and Extending Northerly Approximately 45.00 Feet (0.009 Miles) to Station 208+35.00 (Mm 3.946). Type of Construction: Work to Be Performed Under This Project Includes Replacment of the Existing Culvert With a New 42' Culvert, Headwalls, Channel Stabilization, Concrete Sidewalk Replacement and Other Roadway Related Items. Estimate is Category B : $250,000 - $500,000 Electronic bid bond to be submitted in the amount of 5% of the Contractor's bid. During the advertisement period for this proposal, all questions shall be addressed solely to the Office of Contract Administration via e-mail: AOT.ConstructionContractingInquiry@vermont.gov. All inquiries must be received by March 24, 2021 at 4:30 pm. All bidders on this project must hold both current annual Prequalification with the Vermont Agency of Transportation through the "Contractor's Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement" and unconditioned project-specific approval through the "Standard Form - Request for Proposal" CA-82 form. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality and any and all technicalities in bids and to accept such bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the awarding agency.
