A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Williston is requesting quotes to put a picnic shelter, 30'x40', in Village Community Park for use and rentals. DESIGN o The contractor must supply a quote for an "All Steel Hip Metal Roof 30x40" Shelter. o The quote is to include the purchase, delivery, and installation prices of the Shelter. INSTALL o The contractor is responsible for installing all specified equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications. o The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and services required for proper installation and completion of the work, whether each necessary item is mentioned or not. SITE CONDITIONS Any grading and a concrete pad- 30'x40' will be done and in place before installation of the shelter and will be done by another vendor. There are water and power utilities on site. The picnic shelter installation should commence as soon as the shelter is delivered, and a schedule is agreed upon by both the contractor and the Recreation & Parks Department. The shelter must be installed before June 30, 2025. The contractor will provide and deliver all specified equipment to the job site, as well as all other required construction materials and supplies. The contractor will also pay for all labor necessary to load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies.
