Excluding Stainless Steel Countertops. Masonry Package Included Installation of Brick Veneer. Bricks Provided by the Owner. Concrete and Foundations Package Includes Interior and Exterior Concrete, Footings, and Foundation. A Portion Will Include Exposed Aggregate Finish Under the Timber Frame Shelter. Grading, Excavation, Restoration Package Includes Foundations Excavation, Tree/shrub Removal, Installation of Erosion Controls, Site Grading, Prep Work of Asphalt Driveway (to Be Paved by Owner), and Finish Restoration With Topsoil and Hydroseed. Trim and Finishes Package Includes Exterior Doors, Garage Doors and Concessions Windows. Electrical Package Includes Electrical Service, Rough in, and Finish Work. The City Council of the City of Fort Atkinson Has the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids Outright, and Further, to Award the Contract to the Bidder, Who in the Judgment of the City Council, Will Best Serve the Interest of the City of Fort Atkinson.
