Fourth Street (McMillen Street- Memorial Drive) Project generally involves road rehabilitation and water main relay at the following locations Mandatory Alternates Project may include various mandatory alternates including, but shall not be limited to, sidewalk infill, tree removal, and restoration. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Fort Atkinson reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
